With their fluid, enveloping lines, these armchairs are characteristic of late-1970s design. Their black lacquered wood frames form sculptural silhouettes, while the generously padded seats offer inviting comfort and a strong visual presence.

The balance between the curves of the wood and the graphic quality of the fabric creates a set that is both warm and distinctly contemporary. These armchairs recall certain Scandinavian and Italian designs of the period, when furniture was conceived as a true element of interior architecture.

In very good overall vintage condition. Signs of use and a light patina are consistent with their age. The fabric and upholstery are in very good condition.
