Delivery
At OVNI Home, each piece of furniture, lighting or object is prepared individually to ensure it is dispatched under the best possible conditions of safety.
Due to the unique nature of the pieces we offer, delivery arrangements may vary according to their nature, dimensions, destination and fragility. The quality of transport is an integral part of the OVNI Home experience. We always favour the solution offering the highest level of protection for each piece, even where this requires a specific method of transport.
Preparation times
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation.
For certain pieces requiring specific packaging or the services of a specialist carrier, additional time may be required. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
France
Small objects and lighting are shipped using carriers appropriate to their nature.
Furniture and large or bulky objects may be entrusted to a specialist carrier or delivered subject to a quotation.
Europe and international delivery
OVNI Home ships its objects to many countries.
Transport costs are calculated according to:
- the destination;
- the dimensions;
- the weight;
- the most suitable transport method.
For certain furniture items or destinations, a personalised quotation may be provided before the order is confirmed.
Packaging
Each object is carefully packed according to its fragility.
Depending on the characteristics of the piece, OVNI Home may use:
- reinforced cardboard;
- foam protection;
- bubble wrap;
- wooden crates where necessary.
Receiving your order
The Customer is invited to inspect the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
In the event of damaged packaging or an apparent issue, we recommend making clear, detailed reservations with the carrier and contacting OVNI Home as soon as possible.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are provided as an indication only.
OVNI Home cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs formalities or an event of force majeure.
