Returns policy
At OVNI Home, we carefully select antique furniture, lighting and objects, as well as certain handcrafted creations. Our aim is for every purchase to bring you complete satisfaction.
Should you nevertheless wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the following terms apply.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Returning products
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item to us.
The item must be returned:
- in its original condition;
- together with any accessories;
- in packaging that provides suitable protection during transport.
Return costs
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and must select a transport method appropriate to the nature, dimensions, fragility and value of the item.
For particularly fragile or valuable items, OVNI Home recommends taking out suitable transport insurance.
Inspection of returned items
Upon receipt, OVNI Home will inspect the item.
If the item has suffered a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or proper functioning, a proportionate deduction may be made from the refund in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
Refunds
Subject to compliance with the conditions governing the right of withdrawal, OVNI Home will refund all sums paid in accordance with the conditions and time limits provided for by applicable law.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
